  Problem Details
  When executing generated COBOL, if an dynamic array with a
  initial size is used as a parameter AND it uses the 'out'
  modifier, then an unhandled null value exception occurs as the
  dynamic array is not initialized.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When executing generated COBOL, if an dynamic array with a
  initial size is used as a parameter AND it uses the "out"
  modifier, then an unhandled null value exception occurs as the
  dynamic array is not initialized.
  The cause is that the OUT record parameter which contains
  dynamic array field doesn't initialize the dynamic array field,
  this causes this error.
  

Problem conclusion

• Now will generate codes to initialize the dynamic array filed in
   the OUT record parameter.
