  *                 command - to replace FPQCXCF2 in LPA         *
  *                 (if no IPL )                                 *

  Tools call for FPQ sevices in Problem or Suprvisor state. If FPQ
  initialization is in Supervisor state - the FPQ stacking PC is
  not found and saved in the anchor block for further references,
  Next calls may abend if executed in Problem state, because the
  stacking PC address is 0.
  

Problem conclusion

• The program is fixed to find and save the stacking PC on init
  call in all states.
