  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The java certificates used by the TEP browser and TEP webstart
  clients will expire June 9, 2013, you will start receiving
  an expired java certifcate warning unless you install
  application support files that have been signed with the
  renewed Tivoli Java certificate.
  
  For customers using Self Describing Agent(SDA), they might see
  an Application Support Mismatch in the TEP browser client or
  Java webstart client.  This popup indicates the Client
  Version Unknown.
