Problem conclusion

• DB2 Object Compare now supports the SPANNED option values
  'Yes/No'.
  
  To utilize this support specify 'YES' for the ADBTEP2
  "Spanned" option on panel ADB2UPA 'Batch Job Utility
  Parameters':

  Support for UNLOAD SPANNED has also been added to the DB2
  Admin utility functions.
  
  UNLOAD SPANNED improves the performance of unloading
  tables with LOB and XML columns because these columns
  now can be unloaded to the unload data set and no longer
  requires the use of LOB files which is an I/O intensive
  process.
  
  The following new messages are added:

  Text: The UNLOAD utility does not support a LOB table space.
  
  Explanation: The DB2 UNLOAD utility will not process a LOB
  table space.
  System Action: Processing stops.
  User Response: Perform the unload on the base table space.
  The unload will contain the data from the LOB table space.

  Text: Templates are required when SPANNED=YES is set as batch
  job parameters (BP).
  
  Explanation: A template must be provided in order to have DB2
  determine the space necessary and to have an unload file with
  the spanned attribute.
  System Action: Processing stops.
  User Response: Set the 'Generate template statements' field
  to YES and press Enter to continue.   As an alternative, use
  the BP option to change the 'Spanned' field to NO.
