Error description

• When you set SUBUSER to to the userid that is issuing
  the ALTER SUB command, the commands ends with a normal
  completion.
  However, DISPLAY SUB does not reflect the new value.

  An error in CSQMCNSB causes it to incorrectly determine that the
  SUBUSER parameter was not specified on an ALTER USER command, if
  the subuser specified is the same as the userid which is issuing
  the command. This results in the subuser associated with the
  subscription remaining unchanged.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQMCNSB is corrected so that the specified SUBUSER is correctly
  set in the subscription.
