  The NODEHDRs are not being chained properly.  This failure will
  occur when there are more than 100 nodes (more than 2 valid
  NODEHDR control blocks).
  
  This problem with DB2 due to the large number of nodes being
  processed.
  
  The next NODEHDR has NULL address but PNO did not check for NULL
  address and proceed resulting in S0C4.
  
  Also the select in NODEHDR is returning all nodes.
  
  
  #1. ABENDS0C4 due to bad NODEHDR blocks.
  #2. Storage quiesce due to too may NODEHDR blocks.
  #3. The SELECT missing product affinity WHERE clause resulting
  in all online nodes returned.
