Error description

• Client is trying to do a nested row total calculation in a
  crosstab and receives an error message - XQE-PLN-0004 Found an
  internal error on node 'MDXCalculatedMemberReference'. Error
  creating a hierarchy to move the nested level calculation - when
  the client runs it against a DQM package. However, it works
  against a CQM package.
