Error description
IMSPA plans to improve the functionality and flexibility of OMEGAMON ATF reporting by enhancing the MONITOR report option that controls the processing of IMS monitor (SLOG) events in the ATF Trace report (levels 2 and 3 only). ATF has two record types dedicated to IMS monitor events: - x'03' for Fast Path - x'06' for Full Function Currently the type x'03' FP is reported by default, and it is always reported. Reporting of the type x'06' is controlled by the MONITOR report option for Trace levels 2 & 3. Both monitor types will now be controlled by the MONITOR report option: - When MONITOR is specified, the FP and FF monitor events are reported in the ATF trace levels 2 and 3. - When MONITOR is not specified, the FP and FF monitor events are not reported in the trace. This is the default. This change will affect the way IMSPA operates. Existing ATF trace report requests will no longer report Fast Path monitor events (ATF type x'03') by default, this is controlled by the MONITOR option. The ATF Trace level 2 & 3 reports will be enhanced for the MONITOR option to include additional fields and expanded information.
