• When running Index Builder with BLD_ALL, the ILDS build
  processing failed with

                  COMMON SORT FAILURE ABEND
  
  INDEX REBUILD COMPLETE, RC= 28 (X'1C')
  
  when the partition DSN prefixes (HLQ) are not the same.
