Error description

• The IBM Rational ClearCase Remote Client WAN Server (CCRC WAN
  Server) has a configuration file server.conf in which
  configuration settings can be set for all users.  The value set
  for ccrcPrimaryGroup should set that group as the primary group
  for all users logging into that CCRC WAN Server.  This value is
  not being honored.
  
  Workaround:
  Set the group preference in ClearTeam Explorer (CTE) on a
  per-client basis.  This setting in CTE should always override
  the configuration setting in server.conf as well.
