Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' 'HLQ for LOB files'
  parameter on panel ADB2P2 'Change DB2 Admin Defaults'
  introduced by APAR PM66906 will be lengthened to 17 characters
  and will not append the TSO PREFIX if the field contains a
  period / ".".
