  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The IMS Cloning Tool's ISPF Dialog      *
  *                      could not be launched from the DBCS     *
  *                      main menu.                              *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  A new option "K" was added to the DBCS main menu to launch
  the IMS Cloning Tool as shown below.Ensure that the
  IMS Cloning Tool's data set name is defined during
