Error description
Interim fix 10.2.1003.1044 is applied to a distributed installation to address APAR PM76439 (mail attachment limit not using compressed size of outputs). One server is configured to have delivery service enabled but most of the reporting services disabled. Intermittently the same CNC-SDS-0417 error occurs when a large email attachment is directed to that server.
Local fix
Disable Delivery Service on the specific server where the CNC-SD S-0417 errors appear, and enable it on other servers in the envi ronment.
