utilities with CLONE keyword for non-cloned objects.

Problem summary


    

  •   USERS AFFECTED: Users of the DB2 Administration Tool for
                  z/OS who use the DB2 Object Comparison
                  Tool for z/OS to perform a source DDL to
                  target DB2 catalog compare.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When generating a change with a mix of
                       tables with and without CLONE objects,
                       Object Compare created COPY utility
                       statements with the CLONE keyword for
                       non-cloned objects.

  RECOMMENDATION:

Program is missing initialization to check whether there is a
clone table created on a specified base table before calling
the COPY utility.
