PM82320: Executing Files per Package in Metrics Layout of Rational Rhapsody does not yield any result

Error description

• Abstract:
  Attempts to determine Files per Package in IBM Rational
  Rhapsody using the Metrics Layout fails as no results is
  returned
  
  Error Description:
  
  1. Create a new Rational Rhapsody project or open an existing
  one
  2. Create around 5 Files under the Default package
  3. Right click on Package ? Table and Charts ? Metrics Layout
  4. Right Click on Metrics Layout created (say Per Package)  and
  select Features
  5. Navigate to Parameters tab
  6. Select Types of Metrics as Number of elements grouped by a
  context
  7. Group by Package
  8. Create a New Data Series named Files
  9. In the Query dialog box select Element Types tab
  10. Select File as the element
  11. Click Apply ? OK
  
  Double click on Metrics Layout named Per Package and you would
  notice that no data regarding file is generated
  
  Workaround:
  
  For the above said steps if in Step 6 instead of selecting Types
  of Metrics as Number of elements grouped by a context if you
  select Number of elements the results are shown fine
  
  Additional Information: This problem is specific to only Files
  Element Type and works good for all other Element Types
