Error description

  • Cognos Viewer portlet with a report that contains an HTML Item
and mailto: type URL is added  to a custom page. Clicking the
hyperlink in IE8 or IE9 opens an Outlook email window but IE is
redirected to the mailto: URL. IE displays 'Internet Explorer
cannot display the webpage'. ?The problem does not happen in
FireFox.?
