PM81828: VERY SLOW PERFORMANCE ON A TREE PROMPT AGAINST TM1

Error description

• Very slow performance on a tree prompt created in?Cognos BI
  8.4.1 FP4 Report Studio.  The TM1 cube that the package is using
  is running on TM1 9.5.1 HF 32.??The treeprompt is retrieving a
  single small dimension, but from analyzing the logs it appears
  as though the?request via the API is running through every
  hierarchy and every element of every dimension that exists in
  the cube.??We have a dimension within the cube with 225K
  elements (fsr_ownership_data), and it is this dimension that is
  causing the issue.
