  APAR Error Description:
  Abstract: Attempts to run the command EGLSDK with -eglpath using
  IBM Rational Business Developer 8.5 result in error
  'IWN.INP.3990.e - 0/0 - The option -eglpath is invalid'
  Problem: The command java EGLSDK with -eglpath  is not
  recognized
  I.e : java EGLSDK gen.xml -eglpath
  C:\workspacesRBD\MyProject\EGLSource
  
  The error -eglpath is not longer accepted. It's a regression.

Local fix

Problem summary

• When using EGLSDK to generate a command file, the option
  -eglpath is no longer allowed to be specified. Doing so results
  in an error saying that the option is not valid.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed so that the -eglpath option will be
  allowed and honored with a command file.
