PM81297: MAX-TASKS CAN NOT BE GREATER THAN 8

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The limit for number of tasks will be set 8 for the MAX-TASKS
  parameter. Currently user is allowed to specify more than 8
  tasks on the MAX-TASKS parameter, but only 8 tasks are
  generated.

  Error message that MAX-TASKS can not be greater than 8 and
  ending the job will be added.
