Error description

• When a source report is run with a NULL value selected in the
  value prompt, and then a drill through link is clicked, the
  target report returns no rows because the value of the parameter
  being passed is 'nullDisplay="1"' rather than the expected
  <NULL>
  

Local fix

• Create a placeholder string in the prompt query to represent the
   selection that shows NULL rows, such as 'EMPTY'. Detail filter
  can then select only null values:
  if (?pline? = 'EMPTY') then ([Product Line] is null)
  else ([Product Line] = ?pline?)
