PM81084: XML SCHEMA (XSD) FILES IN THE EXAMPLE DIRECTORY ARE NOT SYNCHRONIZED WITH THE CURRENT EXPORT FORMATS

Error description

• The IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX) 8.4 Design
  Studio Integration Flow Designer (IFD) Import and Export example
  type trees and XML Schemas (XSD) do not match the XML created
  by exporting MSD files.
  
  For example:
  
  <xs:enumeration value="Subsystem"/> is missing in
  integrationflow.xsd file
  
  <xs:enumeration value="TooLongTooShort"/> needs to be changed to
  <xs:enumeration value="TooLong TooShort"/> in mapsettings.xsd
  and systemimportexport.mtt files
  
  <xs:enumeration value="!Create"/> is missing in cardsettings.xsd
  and systemimportexport.mtt files
  
  <xs:enumeration value="Burst"/> is missing in cardsettings.xsd
  and systemimportexport.mtt files

Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  IBM Websphere Transformation Extender customers using
  Integration Flow Designer, MSDIMPORT.exe, MSDEXPORT.exe
  
  Problem Description:
  The export/import schema format for system definition files are
  not in sync with the exported MSD files from the Integration
  Flow Designer/MSDEXPORT command line utility which causes
  example map failures and system definition import failures.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  Win32
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed a problem with the export/import schema format for system
  definition files where the exported files and the schema are not
   in sync with respect to some of the elements/attributes which
  could result in export/import failures and system import/export
  example validation failures.
