  is blanked out
  during installation process using Tools Customizer for z/OS

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1.  The following input fields on       *
  *                      panel CCQPDB2 'DB2 Parameters' can not  *
  *                      be blanked out:                         *
  *                                                              *
  *                      DB2 load library                        *
  *                      DB2 run library                         *
  *                      DB2 message library                     *
  *                      DB2 panel library                       *
  *                      DB2 skeleton library                    *
  *                      DB2 table library                       *
  *                      DB2 REXX EXEC library                   *
  *                      DB2 CLIST library                       *
  *                                                              *
  *                      2.  When customizing TCz on panel       *
  *                      CCQPDB2, 'DB2 Parameter' or panel       *
  *                      CCQPPRD 'Product Parameters', and       *
  *                      specifying a value for the 'DB2         *
  *                      Table Editor CLIST dsname(member)'      *
  *                      field, and YES to enable the DB2        *
  *                      Table Editor Tool, the ADBCUSAA job     *
  *                      reports the following error:            *

  *                      Parameter', it then enables the hidden  *
  *                      OCM options in panel CCQPDB2 'DB2       *
  *                      Parameters', and the 'Action to take on *
  *                      error' field is pre-filled with the     *
  *                      LOCAL value.  The jobs are incorrectly  *
  *                      built with the default value of LOCAL   *
  *                      instead of the option specified in the  *
  *                      '(Global) Action to take on error'      *
  *                      field, which has OVERRIDE.              *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  and YES to enable the DB2 Table Editor Tool, the ADBCUSAA
  reports the following error:
