PM80733: Features dialog does not change in SysML diagrams

Error description

• When a change is applied to an element, clicking on a second
  element in the diagram does not change the contents of the
  Features dialog.
  
  1. Launch Rhapsody and start a new SysML project.
  2. Create and add two blocks to the default BDD.
  3. Double-click one of the blocks on the BDD to bring up the
  Feature dialog.
  4. Change the name of the block and click Apply.
  5. Click the other block on the BDD once.  The Features dialog
  does not change.
  6. Click the block a second time and the Features dialog does
  change.  It does not have to be a double click (two clicks close
  together) just a second click.
  
  I observed that clicking on the features dialog and clicking on
  the second element again would update the Features dialog.
  Also, selecting elements in the browser will update the Features
  dialog.
