Error description
PostDeclarationModifier in a classes properties, then nothing will happen. However, if this property is set instead for the owning package, then the declaration will be added accordingly. You will also notice that if you un-override the property at the class level, the property is not immediately removed from the overridden properties list. This works properly at the package level, and both instances are shown in the attached video.
