PM80248: ADD EXAMPLE SYNTAX FOR MORE COMPLEX TOOLS CUSTOMIZER HPU FIELDS

Error description

• Help fields for HPU variables specified in the IBM Tools
  Customizer (TCz) panels is limited to 512 characters.
  This prevented us from adding a great deal of details for items
  with a complex syntax, like the following.
     - the meaning of the parameter
     - the syntax rules
     - the list of allowed items
     - the default values
       (for each item and for the parameter itself)
     - a typical example
  
  We incorporated as much details as we could in the limited
  space.
  But have discovered only some information was identified, while
  some important information, such as examples, are missing.
  
  A rewording of the help text of the following variables will be
  added with this fix:
     CCQ_INZ_VZM009
     CCQ_INZ_VUU019_ULOPTLDT
     CCQ_INZ_VUU020_ULOPTLDP
     CCQ_INZ_VUU030_ULOPTNS
     CCQ_INZ_VUU063_ULOPTLX
  so that at least one example is shown.
