PM79939: RTC 28147: RAF Install action for WebSphere Portal 8.0 fails as non root user

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When installing WebSphere Portal through RAF, the install fails
  as the Portal Media chmod's the install root to 550 and 555 as
  part of the install process. The chmod operation (which is part
  of the portal media scripts), results in only allowing root to
  perform the operation. Any other user is blocked when
  attempting to run the install.
  
  Workaround:
  Only option is to manually update the Portal media to block the
  chmod of 555 and 550 durring the process. Also, it appears
  furture Fixpacks in Portal 8.0 resolved the issue.

• One must apply the non-IM version of PM64484 to their Portal
