Error description

• A non-message driven BMP is now reported as a single
  transaction, and statistics for each syncpoint are accumulated
  and reported at BMP end (or end of IMS log). In the case of
  certain Fast Path fields relating to buffer usage these values,
  when AVE/MIN/MAX is specified, do not contain meaningful
  results.

• 1.Form-based Summary processing for the following fields is
    modified for AVE/MIN/MAX processing:
     FPBFOTHR - Fast Path Buffers sent to OTHREAD
     FPNRDBFU - Fast Path number of MSDB and SDEP Buffers used
     FPNBFU   - Fast Path number of Normal Buffers used
     FPOBFU   - Fast Path number of Overflow Buffers used
     FPPBFU   - Fast Path Private Buffers used
     FPPBFU   - Fast Path Private Buffers used
     AVE      - The aggregate count is divided by the Fast Path
                syncpoint count to give meaningful results
     MIN/MAX  - The Transaction Index record is extended to
                provide for MIN/MAX results for the above fields
  2.The processing changes above are only applicable where the
    Fast Path syncpoint count for the transaction is > 1.
