Error description

• When editing properties, the editor canvas goes blank. For
  example, when the user changes the drop down menu background
  color from cyan to dark red the editor goes blank afterwards.

  The egl.rootHandler is not cleared when the reloadHandler
  function is executed in the VE JavaScript runtime. When
  users explicitly use egl.rootHandler in the startupInit
  function, it's not null as expected.
  

Problem conclusion

• The egl.rootHandler is not cleared when the reloadHandler
  function is executed in the VE JavaScript runtime. When
  users explicitly use egl.rootHandler in the startupInit
  function, it's not null as expected.
  Fixed egl_development.js to reset egl.rootHandler to null
  after reload handler.
