Error description

• 1.  An ABENDS0C4 can occur in module CEXEXRTR TRCDATA
  routine if the exit router is called by a task not connected to
  Fundi common.

Problem conclusion

• Removed the trace from routing FNGB as the trace environment
  has not been initialized because the exit router has been
  called by a task not connected to Fundi common.
