ABENDU3752 in HDPC stand-alone jobs when HD databases have empty
VSAM data sets.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: HDPC issues MSGFABP3752E and ends with  *
*                      ABENDU3752 in stand-alone (FABPMAIN)    *
*                      jobs when HD databases or HISAM         *
*                      databases have empty VSAM data sets.    *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
****************************************************************
When HDPC is run in stand-alone (FABPMAIN) jobs and processes
HD databases or HISAM databases that have empty VSAM data sets,
HDPC issues MSGFABP3752E and ends with ABENDU3752.
