PM79534: Running a report to Excel 2007 format that has a special character creates corrupt output file

Error description

• When running an SAP report that contains a special character,
  such as the degree symbol, it works fine in all others except
  for Excel 2007. When running it to Excel 2007, the following
  error is returned when trying to open the file:??Excel found
  unreadable content in <ReportName>. Do you want to recover the
  contents of this workbook? If you trust the source of this
  workbook, click Yes.
