APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Information on Panel CCQPSET & CCQPHLQ is not saved in CCQPROF
  if TCz exits abnormally.  The next time TCz is invoked to
  continue customization, default information may be generated.
  

Local fix

• Invoke TCz, correct the default information on Panels CCQSET and
  CCQPHLQ and proceed to Panel CCQPWRK to complete customization.
