  The report server encountered an internal error.  Check

  Error occurs in Report Studio or Query Studio.   The
  cogserver.log file also shows the error Failure RSV-SRV-0063 An
  error occurred while executing
  the?'asynchRunSpecification_Request' command. CCL_ASSERT(iter
  !=?m_subStringsMap->end(m_memMgr));
