Error description
bvCLI utility uses Axis 1.4 toolkit to communicate with BV web service. Axis client has a default timeout setting of 10 minutes. If BV server request takes more than 10 minutes to process (e.g. a long running import), bvCLI times out.??We need to add a new command line parameter to bvCLI, so the clients can increase the default timeout value as needed.
