  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: On the REORGIND command, when the       *
  *                      rebuild of only one secondary index     *
  *                      partition is requested using the        *
  *                      PARTITN keyword, all of the secondary   *
  *                      index partitions of the DBD are rebuilt *
  *                      instead.                                *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Instead of rebuilding all of the secondary index partitions of
  the DBD when the PARTITN keyword is specified, the REORGIND
  command now only builds the single secondary index partition
  requested.
  

Problem conclusion

• IHCWUOW8 and IHCXIDCA are modified to effect the change. The
  remainder of the modules are recompiled because of a macro
  change.
