  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1- ADD TCZ AND DB2 11 SUPPORT           *

  *                      2- A U1130 ABEND occurs when attempting *
  *                      to unload the data from a table against *
  *                      which an ALTER   DROP COLUMN statement  *
  *                      has been run and the table space has    *
  *                      been reorganized afterwards.            *
  *                      This occurs when the version # 0 which  *
  *                      describes the obsolete record structure *
  *                      (the structure including the dropped    *
  *                      column) is still present in the SYSOBDS *
  *                      table.                                  *

  *                      3- The INZPLIB0 program run against     *
  *                      INZUNLPR issues +PLI217 *** UPDATE      *
  *                      ERROR, EXECUTION ABORTED RC=12          *

• After this PTF is applied, the following display error will
  occur when unloading using HPU from a DB2 11 system.
  This display problem will be addressed in a future PTF.
  
  The message  INZI020I incorrectly displays the DB2 version
  when HPU is run against a DB2 V11 subsystem.
  
  For example, with a DB2 V11 CM subsystem,
  DB2 VERSION 1093
  is displayed instead of
  DB2 VERSION 1110 CM
  
  The following integer values are issued depending on
  the actual DB2 level as follows:
  
  * 1093 stands for 1110 CM
  * 1094 to 1099 stand for 1110 ENFM
  * 1100 stands for 1110 NFM
