PM78454: EXCEL COLUMN WIDTH SETTING IS IGNORED WHEN TABLE IS INSERTED IN REPEATER

Error description

• Column  width setting of table is ignored on Excel 2002 and 2007
  output when table is inserted in repeater.?It works fine on
  HTML.?It works if table is not inserted in repeater.??I found
  defect for column width on Excel 2002 when table is inserted in
  list (COGCQ00081414) caused by no width setting in Excel.?It
  seems table in repeater is different from known issue as width
  is specified in Excel.??Issue can be recreated on 10.1.1FP1 and
  10.2 also.
