PM78310: PARALLELPERIOD FUNCTION NOT WORKING IN DYNAMIC QUERY MODE.

Error description

• The parallePeriod function is applied in a crosstab to return
  the previous year of a year selected from a tree prompt. The
  function works for a package published in compatible query mode
  but fails for dynamic query mode.
  

Local fix

• Use value prompt as opposed ot tree prompt on the report.  Addit
  ional workaround:  edit <install>/configuration/xqe/dmr.properti
  es  set enableIncrementalMemberLoading=false
