  PROCESS.
  Blank out Change Management Object Owner in DB2 Parms panel, so
  it picks up from Product Parms but BIND job has "ADB" hardcoded

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Until now the only way to enable        *

  *                      to ensure that the Change Management    *
  *                      database objects owner field on TCz     *
  *                      panel CCQPDB2, 'DB2 Parameters' was     *
  *                      not blank. Also it was not possible     *
  *                      to specify global default values for    *
  *                      the parameters associated with          *
  *                      Change Management on panel CCQPPRD,     *
  *                      'Product Parameters'.                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The following TCz input field on panel CCQPPRD 'Product
  Parameters' has been added to address Usability:
  
  (Global) Enable Change Management  . . : YES (NO, YES)
