Error description

• During OMPE initialization when RKD2PAR(OPMEOPTS) is set to
  XCFMODE=ACTIVE and system names are not the same OMPE will issue
  messages
  KO2Z665W  OM02 V511 No collector found on LPAR=CANSYSG  to
  service XCF request SSID=n/a  CBA=OMPEXVR RSN=00001396
  
  KO2Z667I  OM02 V511 XCF Gateway message ID KO2Z665W suppressed.
  LPAR=CANSYSG  COUNT=00000001
  
  KO2Z999E  OM02 V511 Service error SSM=OMPETOP /OMPETOP
  ABEND=U2008 RSN=00000000 MODE=ABEND
  
  Additionally OMPE does not validate the value set for XCFMODE.
  Any value is accepted, if the value is not INACTIVE then the
  system assumes XCFMODE=ACTIVE
  
  ICAT sets XCFMODE=INACTIVE but the program at V511 defaults to
  ACTIVE
  

Local fix

• IN RKD2PAR(OMPEOPTS) set
  XCFMODE=INACTIVE
  
  NOTE:
  If you haven't applied OA40035/UA67172(F212)=HKCI310, please do
  so, which will allow you to set XCFMODE=INACTIVE via PARMGEN
  process.
  
  UA67172 will provide a new WCONFIG(KD2$POP1) *KD2PAR(OMPEOPTS)
  via PARMGEN process.

  carry forward.  You can even reuse this member for other future
  RTEs you will clone by running the KCIJPCCF clone job in the new
  RTE, and point to WCONFIG library so any Kpp$* imbeds you
  customize in WCONFIG, will automatically get copied into the new
  RTE so you can share the same customization.
