  andmessage GGC1807I, GGC2023I return code = 04380000 on an
  OBIDXLAT write_to_vsam job.

  ICE007A P SYNTAX ERROR
  GGC1807I An invalid return code was detected from the SORT
                                                        program.
  GGC2056I The full image copy
  RSTEST.DBCA186A.TSC186AB.DB2IC.PA1.G0004V00
  could not be deallocated.
  GGC2023I Dynamic allocation return code = 04380000
  GGC1045I An error occurred within the log apply program.
