Error description

• This APAR contains the following fixes:
  1. Extended date, time, timestamp formats are now
     supported.
  2. The Cancel Command was saving data on the Thread Filter
     Criteria panel.
  3. Object names and qualifiers were truncated when they
     contain imbedded blanks.
  4. When error message ABPU5318E is issued, return code = 0
     was incorrectly displayed.
  5. Added support for DUMMY fields in the LOAD utility.
  6. Enforce that either SUBSTITUTE or FAIL must be
     supplied if VALUE is defined in the policy.
  7. Element USE_PRACTICE should only be allowed once per
     element DB2SUBSYTEM in the policy.
  
  8. Implement more precise parsing of the string specified
     for the PART and DSNUM keywords.
  
  9. The policy attributes NAME and UTILITY COMMAND  within
     the UTILITY  element has been updated to support
     REORG_INDEXSPACE.
  
  10. essages ABPU5330I, ABPU5331I and ABPU5332I should be
      generated whenever the syntax monitor is used to change the
      syntax or the control cards.
