Error description

• There are several parameters in DSNZPARM that allow sites to
  specify flash copy as a default. For image copies this parameter
  is FLASHCOPY_COPY. The site must also specify a default template
  in DSNZPARM for the dataset name.
  DB2 COPY syntax allows for users to override the default
  setting, to always take a flash copy, by specifying FLASHCOPY NO
  on the utility control statement. However, this option is not
  available in the Automation Tool utility profile. Hence when the
  DSNZPARM parameter is 'FLASHCOPY_COPY YES', the only way that a
  user can override this is to manually edit the JCL produced by
  Automation Tool.

  This enhancement will provide an Automation Tool option that
  will allow FLASHCOPY NO to be specified when flash copy is the
  default but a regular DB2 image copy is required.
