Error description
After a flood of IMS messages (DFS2063I and DFS2085I) destined for the MTO, Sysplex Manager UI address space gets an ABENDC78. The ABENDC78 is due to a failed CPOOL request because we are out of storage. Subpool0 key7 is full of CPOOL CELL POOL entries. SM gets a CPOOL entry during the process of logging the message destined for the MTO. There were 150,000 messages to be logged in a 4 minute interval.

Problem conclusion
The CPOOL overflows because of huge amount of messages destined to history file on server input queue. The programs have been changed to stop serving messages if the not served queue has >2000 messages. This is not an usual situation - some source of MTO destined messages is in loop.
