Error description

  • Following a dynamic ZPARM change (SET SYSPARM command) on DB2
10, a bind can fail with SQLCODE = -607, SQLCODE607.

Local fix

  • Cycle the DB2 subsystem or issue a SET SYSPARM STARTUP command.
