PM77002: Error "Index was outside the bounds of the array"

Error description

• A Crosstab with a Text Item within a Crosstab Space gives an
  "Index was outside the bounds of the array" error in IBM Cognos
  for Microsoft Office and does not display the complete Crosstab.
   However, the Crosstab display correctly in Cognos Viewer and
  also in Microsoft Excel.
