Error description

• The Export utility of DBHDA writes an incorrect value into the
  FREEBYT field of flat records that are stored in the FABGEXPF
  data set when the packed decimal attribute is specified for the
  FREEBYT field and the value is equal to or greater than 2GB.

  Export Utility writes incorrect values to the flat records in
  the FABGEXPF data set when the following conditions are met:
  
   - The packed decimal attribute is specified for the fields
     whose default attribute is hexadecimal, such as FREEBYT.
   - The field has a value larger than 7FFFFFFF in hexadecimal.
  

Problem conclusion

• The FABGXXPE module is modified to fix the error.
