PM76613: Symlinked VOB directories in ClearTeam Explorer do not show the 'New' context menu

Error description

• Problem Description:
  Within IBM Rational ClearTeam Explorer,  you will see that the
  right-click context menu does not show the 'New' option when the
  current VOB directory is symlinked to this location.
  Following the directory tree down to the non-symlinked version
  of the directory does show the context menu.
  
  Step to reproduce:
  Create a VOB with two directories in it Dir1 and Dir2.
  Navigate into a Dir1 and create a symlink here to Dir2.
  Navigate into Dir2 from here and right click on the contents
  window.
  
  
  Workaround:
  Do not follow the directory tree over the symlink. Use the
  regular path to get to the symlinked directory. That will show
  the context menu correctly.
