    ****************************************************************
    When running an UNLOAD within a Work Statement List (WSL),
    using High Performance Unload for z/OS (HPU) as the unload
    method, and using a punch DD name other than SYSPUNCH or
    unload DD name other than SYSREC, the unload will fail because
    the DD's are not allocated. The job fails with a RC8 / Return
    Code 8 and the following HPU error will be produced:

    INZC003E ERROR DDNAME UTLREC NOT ALLOCATED AND/OR NOT ROOT
    OF ANY ALLOCATED DDNAMES

    INZU366I UTILITY RETURN CODE 8 (REASON CODE 0x107a002)
    ADBT015I Failure attempting to execute INZUTILB with parm
    ssid,TEST1,HIDDEN(YES)
               8
    ADB5184E The run is ending due to an error with a non-SQL
    command.
    Additional messages may have been sent to the DD SYSTSPRT
         Additional diagnostics

         asw_app       =N
         asw_stmt_app  =I
         chk_rec_found =N
         SQLCODE -626? =N

    If the table space is partitioned, this error will be
    produced:

    INZC003E ERROR DDNAME ULD NOT ALLOCATED AND/OR NOT
    ROOT OF ANY ALLOCATED DDNAMES

    The first error occurs because the DD is not allocated. The
    second occurs because the OUTDDN(>value<) is forced to
    OUTDDN(ULD) for partitioned object unloads.
