  This APAR fixes the problems listed in the Problem Description
  field.
  
  For Problem 1, the DFSVSAMP data set is allocated dynamically
  before attaching the HPU scan task to avoid the IIUH0311E error.
  In the IIUPRINT data set, the following lines are printed:
   GENERATED IMS CONTROL DATA SET/S:
     DFSVSAMP
     VSRBF=32768,4
     IOBF=(32000,4)
  
  For Problem 3, if the DDFSPDS DD is coded, the new output DD,
  IIUIOUT, is allocated dynamically as //IIUIOUT DD SYSOUT=* to
  print IDCAMS messages.
  
  For Problem 4, if a snap dump is suppressed, a new message is
  issued:
   IIUB091I SNAP DUMP NOT PRINTED BECAUSE DUMMY SPECIFIED FOR
            IIUDUMP DD. JOBID=jobid
